MHV PH Support Group Vision & Mission

The vision of the Mid-Hudson Valley PH Support Group is to build a strong foundation and form a local community for those affected by PH, so that no one faces this disease alone.

The mission of the Mid-Hudson Valley PH Support Group is to provide a local community of support, educate ourselves and others, raise awareness, share our stories and most of all create PHenomenal hope to those affected by PH. 

MHV PH Support Group Goals

  • To provide support, education, and coping skills to Pulmonary Hypertension patients, caregivers, family and friends in the Mid-Hudson Valley region.
  • To raise awareness of Pulmonary Hypertension in the Mid-Hudson Valley region.
  • To be empowered by hope and to encourage hope to the Pulmonary Hypertension community.

Meetings are scheduled on the 3rd Saturday of the month and held at Poughkeepsie Galleria - Community Room*
